Nias Puthenveettil serves on the Board of Directors at Luminatiq, bringing over two decades of leadership at the intersection of healthcare, AI, and enterprise technology. He offers a rare blend of technical depth and strategic foresight shaped by global experience.

He has led innovations in medical imaging, oncology AI, digital therapeutics, and enterprise SaaS, holding senior roles at Azra AI (CTO), Litmos (VP – Product & Engineering), Oracle Cerner, LifeScan, and Siemens Medical. His work spans transformer-based AI models, FDA-regulated imaging systems, and cloud-native healthcare solutions.

Currently, he is the Founder & CEO of Piramidz, advising healthcare and tech enterprises on AI strategy and go-to-market execution. Nias holds an MBA from Kellogg School of Management and a Master’s in Computer Science from Illinois Institute of Technology.

Based in Philadelphia, PA, he also strengthens Luminatiq’s presence in the U.S. His expertise and network are instrumental in shaping Luminatiq’s global technology vision.
