From his early days in midst of the buzz of the hospitality industry, to living and experiencing the foundational years of Bangalore’s IT revolution, Sujit holds a unique combination of IT Corporate Real Estate, Workplace Solutions, Business Operations, Digital Transformation, CRM, and intricate program management. His cross-industry experience includes a two-decade exposure, operating in senior executive positions with large management consulting and technology services firms.

A result oriented professional, strategic thinker, trusted advisor and pragmatic business partner, his unrelenting desire and dream to build an organisation outside the realms of traditional management consulting, gave birth to the idea of Luminatiq.

As a conversational leader, Sujit enjoys discussing industry trends and opportunities with friends, acquaintances and family, and over several formal and often informal discussions, he began to wonder about the need to democratise management consulting, with a larger purpose of making consulting firms exciting, easy and affordable to work.

With networking as his forte, he was able to bring together a posse of thought leaders and inspirational industry professionals to piece together the idea of a 21 st century consulting firm and to build an organisational culture that is infinite in its ambitions, yet, grounded in its expectations. As a conscious entrepreneur, Sujit believes that giving back to society defines the Soul behind an organisations’ purpose and existence.
