GET TO KNOW Tanaya Mishra

Dr. Tanaya Mishra brings a unique combination of leadership roles, honorary positions, industry affiliations, subject matter knowledge and multi-dimensional experience to her position at Luminatiq. Having worked across industries ranging from Manufacturing, Retail, Insurance and IT/ITES and in several senior executive functions, Tanaya will play a key role in integrating Luminatiq’s Human Capital Effectiveness practice, with other key strategic capabilities. The collective power of an inter-linked range of capabilities and leaders, will be a win-win for customers of all sized and dimensions.

Tanaya has many articles and publications to her credit and as a contributor to the larger industry, has held several honorary positions, including; member and Facilitator with APERG, board member of NHRD Network, CII, subject matter expert with SHRM and executive council member EFI. 

As part of her many accomplishments, Tanaya was elected to be part of the prestigious CSC Commonwealth Leaders and invited to Oxford and Buckingham Palace. She has won many accolades and awards the recent ones being the Women Super Achiever award 2016 and the Most Influential HR Leaders in 2017 and rated as India’s top HR professionals. The Pride of Maharashtra award was conferred on her in 2018.

She is a PHD in Manpower Planning and has a post graduate degree in Human Resources with a degree in Law.
